“I did my research on which MLS Flat fee broker to use. It was not easy. Most charge $450 and above. Berg properties (MLS Town) charges $295. I think that is more than reasonable! The other thing to watch out for with other flat fee brokers …They are super responsive and I found them to be more than helpful. They even responded to a question about offers on a weekend (which they post they only answer M-F). Read ALL the information they send to you. It’s all in there and super helpful. I had a great experience! I was under contract in 5 days all on my own! PS- listen to their advice, hire a real estate photographer. I found one for $100 in my town. Good luck! And use these people. It’s worth it!”
